15 AL works fine for me. I only use it in HM and foes hit hard enough for SB to trigger.

15 AL can get a tad sketchy in NM UW (on the grasps). Just make sure you're attacking on them for the -AL while attacking, it solves the problem.
Edit: The -AL while attacking comes from the FFS.

It you find that guys in NM arent hitting hard enough for whatsoever reason,
bring [skill]Frenzy[/skill]
1. Theres no difference in HM, not sure about NM.
2. Yes, cuz if guys hit less than 60, you wont be healed = death.

You could also try taking off the Chest piece (since chest takes 35% of hits and it doesnt provide +1 energy regen like the legs do)

As has been proven many times, SB activates before Frenzy's double damage, and thus does not help trigger SB any more than otherwise.

You just have to activate the skills in the correct order for SB to trigger.

Turn your back on them so they crit u for enough dmg for sb to negate/heall it.
